Thank you for shopping at GetSprinkledByNature.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Purchases Made Through Wholesale Retailers
If you received damaged products from any of our retailers, please contact the company you purchased from.
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to GetSprinkledByNature.com after contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product, send them back to our mailing address, and send us the tracking number for the package. Once your products are received, we will mail new products out to you free of charge. Please note that when purchasing butters in the summer months, the consistency may change a bit due to melting and resettling in the shipping process. This does not compromise the integrity of the product in any way.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Sprinkled By Nature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
Shipping Lead Time
All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order (could possibly be longer in case of high order volume) . Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
